Welcome to our FAQ page. Below, you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
How do I request a Warrior Bag?
We’re honored you’d like to request a bag! Simply fill out our online form (we use SurveyMonkey to keep things simple). The form asks for basic information about you or your loved one, and includes a $65 donation to help cover part of the costs. Once we receive your request and your required donation, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Why is there a $65 donation required?
Each Warrior Bag costs us about $250 to create and ship. The $65 donation helps cover part of these costs, while generous donors and supporters help us cover the rest. This allows us to continue providing high-quality, meaningful items that truly make a difference in a warrior’s journey.
How long does it take to receive my bag?
We typically pack and ship your Warrior Bag within 7-10 days of receiving your request. I personally assemble each Warrior Bag, so it may take a few extra days during busier periods. However, we’ll always keep you updated.
What's included in each Warrior Bag?
We create different bags for women, men, and children because we believe encouragement should be meaningful to each warrior. Here’s what a typical woman’s bag includes, though items may vary based on inventory and seasonal availability:
A beautiful brown leather tote bag (about 14″ x 12″ x 6″) – handcrafted and our most beloved item!
A soft, cozy blanket
A cancer planner from Quiet Hope Co.
Small cosmetic bag for organizing
Tummy Drops (natural lozenges for nausea)
Mini Hempz hand lotion
Hand sanitizer
Lip balm
Travel-sized soap pump
Breath prayer cards from The Beholding Co.
Two leather coasters with our logo
“You Are Beloved” 21-day devotional book
A blank notebook/journal from The Beholding Co.
A personal note from me with information about our free resources
Men’s Warrior Bags include a backpack, blanket, cancer planner, dopp kit, tumbler, Jesus Calling devotional book, tummy drops, lip balm, hand sanitizer, Hempz lotion, and soap pump.
Children’s Warrior Bags are customized for each child’s age and specific needs. We require a phone call with one of our founders to discuss what would be most meaningful and appropriate for your little warrior.
What type of organization is Warrior Bags?
We’re a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and have earned the Silver Seal of Transparency from Candid.org, which recognizes our commitment to accountability and transparency in how we operate and use donations.

Do you have corporate sponsorship opportunities?
We’re exploring partnerships with companies who want to make a meaningful difference in cancer warriors’ lives. If your organization is interested in sponsoring bags or supporting our mission, please email us at warriorbags2018@gmail.com – we’d love to talk about how we can work together!
Can I volunteer?
We occasionally need volunteers for special events and fundraising activities. If you’d like to be added to our volunteer contact list, please email us and we’ll reach out when opportunities arise that match your interests and availability. In the meantime, I’m always grateful for prayers and spreading the word about our mission! The best way to help right now is sharing our story with anyone who might benefit from a Warrior Bag or want to support our cause.
